Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

II

About the site

The site presents the National Custom Builders Council and its member firms, and is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, an estimate, or professional advice. Descriptions of members and their work are provided in good faith, without warranty as to their completeness.

Membership of the Council is by invitation. The site does not accept applications.

III

Ownership

The text, the design, the photographs, the Council’s name and seal, and the mark Great homes start with great builders℠ belong to the Council or to those who have licensed them to it. Photographs of members’ homes remain the property of the member firms and of the photographers credited.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, republication, or use of the photographs, requires written permission.

IV

Member firms

The member firms named on this site are independent companies. The Council does not build homes, does not act as agent for any member, and is not a party to any agreement you may make with one.

Links to members’ websites are provided for convenience. The Council is not responsible for their content.

V

Use of the site

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, to attempt to reach any part of it not offered to the public, to copy its content by automated means, or to present yourself as the Council or as a member when you are not.

VI

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. The Council makes no promise that it will be free of error or interruption, and may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

VII

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Council is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from your reliance on anything published on it.

VIII

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Council is organized. We may revise them from time to time; the date at the top records the current version. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
