What if my market is not listed?
Then the Council has no member there yet. One firm holds each market and firms join only by invitation, so the roster is short by design. Many members build well beyond the market named here; the nearest member is the place to start.
Why is there only one builder in each market?
So that members can be candid. Builders who do not compete for the same clients can open their projects, their methods and their businesses to one another without reservation. That candor is what the Council is for, and it is why membership means something.
Do I contact a member directly, or through the Council?
Directly. Each firm here is its own business, with its own principals, and each links to its own website. The Council does not sit between you and your builder.
Is this the complete roster?
Yes. Every member of the Council is listed here, and no one else is. The roster changes rarely; when it does, this page changes with it.
